Ventura RV Community near Decatur, TX

We had a wonderful stay at this RV park and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay. The environment was very calm and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying some real peace. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. If you’re looking for a spot where you can truly unwind, this is definitely the place to be. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for about a year and a half. Lots are fenced in and spacious. Management is very communicative and timely. Expect frequent lawn service in the spring and summer months. The community is quiet and calm perfect place for long term camper life.

I stayed here for work 7 ish months I believe and the whole time my stay was very pleasant. My lot was clean when I arrived and getting into the spot was fairly easy. The roads are nice, there's a dog park, and a cool hangout spot. Washer and dryer house worked perfectly and there are plenty of them inside with tap to pay. The man running it is very accommodating and I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Very great experience with their private fencing model

Great stay! Quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. Loved the fencing around the sites, gave the stay a private and homey feel. I'll definitely stay again. No complaints 😉

Yes the park is under construction. Yes there is gravel roads and speed bumps. So what. The lots are beautiful, with a large wrought iron gate and a nice, well made 6 ft privacy wood fence. They include a shed with the price too. This community is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. There is construction going on in the park, but the upgraded laundry room and gym are nice. The Staff here are informative and send emails often. They have great communication and the manager here is honest and straightforward. The drive to denton is 10 minutes, to krum 5 and ponder is right down the street. Its a nice and secure place to live.

We only stayed one night as we traveled through, but it is a very nice park. The overnight pull-through spot we stayed in was fairly new concrete and hookups, only talked to the staff over email and phone but they were great to work with. Would stop here again for sure.
